WOW! Wonderful range. Made many many great dishes on this range!

LOVE THIS RANGE!! The Italians absolutely know how to make a great range and stove. It was crated beautifully, zero damage, delivered awesome by Wayfair’s delivery team, the whole experience has been nothing shy of spectacular! I’m so impressed! Kudos to Wayfair for amazing appliances at great prices and fabulous delivery services, not to mention, whenever I need customer care, not that I did on this particular item, but Wayfair Customer care is second to none. Thank you so much for everything! 

Looks nice however … After three years of use, the knobs do not work. The plastic insert on the inner knob has melted and no longer turns. The knobs are super expensive to replace. Forno is difficult to get in touch with as they do not have anyone to speak to and take a while to get back to you via email.

Been using the stove for over a year now and I love it! Do not be afraid to purchase this item when comparing to "big name" brands. It not only looks gorgeous and is massive, but I've had no issues with usage at all.

Great stove have been using for over a year and would definitely buy again!!! Very impressive quality at a fraction of the cost of the wolf I had. Heavy duty all around. The igniter did go out on the main oven last week and Forno sent a new one overnight, no cost, I installed it in 15 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone professional or newbie, the cost/ quality is unsurpassed!!

Update We finally installed our stove 2 weeks ago and we love it! It was super easy to install and my only complaint is the stickers on the front have been impossible to get off. Definitely a bargain! We ordered this for a kitchen renovation. It’s currently in storage but was delivered quickly and the time and day was communicated well. It arrived in damaged box but the stove was perfect and the delivery drivers put it exactly where we asked and were very polite.

The stove is gorgeous but still remains on the two pallets it was delivered since my kitchen remodel awaits flooring to be laid. The top pallet is cracked in two places. Hopefully they have not damaged the stove.

Ordering these type of items from Wayfair has been a Nightmare. Don't do it! Before the money was paid and I called to ask all questions they were so kind and nice, as I had issue after issue with the entire order, no one cared. This item is too expensive not to get the help deserved! Shame on Wayfair, I expected SO MUCH MORE! Kindness is free, but this stove was not! Again, Go somewhere else, anyone will have to have better customer service!

I haven't been able to use it yet but it is GORGEOUS
