I was only able to refill it once before it broke. The plastic part that threads in broke and the bottom fell out. The metal on top also rusted. I am really bummed because there is no counter space in our half bath and this was the perfect solution.

I would rate it zero if I could. Looks so gorgeous on install but the quality is horrible. Huge designmaterials flaw. The plastic thread of the bottles in both sets rotted through, fell off and now it’s useless, not repairable. And the metal is rusting. Great idea, horrible execution. Wayfair refunded me but should not even be selling this. Now stuck with holes in the walls and bathtub where these were mounted. Buyer beware.

Easy to install / use and very sleek looking. I put lotion and soap in the bottles. Perfect addition to a modern bathroom to keep these items off the counter.

Its hard to find despenser like this that isnt made from cheap plastic, or is bulky. Was Happy to find this!

I do like this dispenser but I would discourage buying it in the chrome/silver version. Since having it, It has never looked clean. It fingerprints pretty quickly so once you touch it, it has marks. The photo is from when I just wiped it down while cleaning my bathroom.

I got this for soap and moisturizer in my small bathroom a month ago, and like how it looks and all the counter space it saves. Very sleek and functional. However, the material corrodes, and quickly, which is silly when it's for soap and wet areas! I have to check it quite carefully for any damp and wipe it away. What a disappointment! Had I known, I might've chosen a different product. I do find the hooks a bit too shallow too (masks, clothes, hair elastics - they all fall off easily). I hope for new lots, you try a stainless steel with more chromium content, or some other way to avoid rust, because otherwise, it'd be great!

We love it! Very high quality and so easy to instal. One suggestion - it would be helpful to have more than one sticker label included just in case a mistake is made :)
