Does the trick, installation was easy and the multiple mounting options are great, but the pneumatics seem a little finicky. Sometimes the monitor sags a bit despite being within the listed weight limit, and getting the monitor tilt at the correct angle was challenging. The stand is visibly the same as the USB version because it has plastic filling in the holes for the USB ports, not the best aesthetic solution but not a deal breaker. The cable management is a huge pain, the plastic covers are screwed in, and unscrewing them is tedious, especially since other models have covers that clip into place instead. The back of the arm is extra painful in this regard if the arm is back against a wall, since the screw is facing against the back, I had to pull my desk out more than a foot just to get the cover off, which was challenging with my office setup.
