The cabinet is completely missing the back panel which stabilizes the cabinet and holds the shelf in place rendering the cabinet unsafe and unusable. I reached out just to get the missing panel and wayfair gave me two options, send back and get a refund or replacement once I sent the piece back which I selected. The next message from wayfair was that the company refused the replacement and would be in contact. I have received no response. This is egregious and very upsetting. I am in a time crunch so needed this piece right away and have heard nothing. Nobody cares! Maybe wayfair should spend more on screening vendors and assuring people are not taken advantage of instead of fancy celebrity commercials that falsely advertise quality products and customer care.. Versatile accent dresser/cabinet. It is sturdy and the drawers slide easily. The assembly took a bit longer than 40 mins as stated, it was about 70 minutes. It does not come with assembly tools, but all that is needed is a Philips screwdriver. There are a few steps in the instructions that show incorrect screw placement, I’ve pictured and made note..
