I needed a very narrow bedside table to fit on either side of a new king bed, these were the perfect width at 12”. The height is rather short, but looks proportional to the width and works with the platform bed I have. I think they would be too short for a traditional taller bed. I like the open shelf above the drawers for easy access to bedside items. The two drawers are quite small and don’t have metal rails so not the best, but nice for some extra storage. I'm using the past tense because just yesterday, as my husband was sitting in the bedroom he heard a loud noise and we couldn't figure out what it was until I noticed the top of this cabinet had a crack going straight across that wasn't there a few minutes earlier.
