This knife and cutting board combo is AMAZING! I am so glad I decided to purchase it -- there was something about the cutting board and knife being purchased as a set that I wasn't quite used to as a customer. It's the perfect santoku knife that I never knew I needed. I use it to chop vegetables , corkscrews (for art projects), cheese, and more, and the knife cuts so easily and smoothly. It's also very comfortable to hold, which was surprising for me because I didn't think a metal handle would be very ergonomic. The cutting board is so cute, yet so sturdy and beautiful to look at. I love the light-colored wood look, and it also has a really nice thickness to it as shown in one of my photos. I love cutting on it, and so far it has withstood all of the santoku knife's slashes.
