With its square wall flange, the hansgrohe FixFit E wall connection pairs particularly well with a geometric faucet design. Installation is extremely simple: the FixFit E is screwed onto an existing water outlet on the wall (size G ½; DN15). After that, any commercially available shower hose can be connected. All hoses with a conical nut will fit into the holder – including shower hoses from the hansgrohe range that are identical in colour also. You can create your own dream bathroom without much effort.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Hi Melody, I hope you've been well. Hoping for your thoughts on an issue with the master shower completed a couple years ago at 119 Falcon Drive in Morden. We noticed a small area on drywall next to the shower a week or so ago - the paint was bubbling/wet and I was easily able to remove some drywall material - the board underneath feels wet and not drying after a couple days - I imagine if it was just splash from routine showering then it would've dried by now, but it has not.  I'm wondering if there could be a potential leak behind the tiled shower and if the wet area extends beyond the tile border, and what you (or your trades') suggestions would be the next best step. Whoever uses the bathtub for bathing and showering would also want to be as flexible as possible when positioning the shower head. In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs.
