Okay, so this is a very good product. It can completely change the look and feel of a room for a reasonable price. I am not a handy man in the least but my wife and I were able to do a really good job of installing this. BUT, it is not easy. There were a number of sections we had to immediately pry off the wall because we didn't put them in place perfectly. We were able to get the pieces off with some work AND we were able to reuse the pieces as the sticky tape was still effective. In addition, you will need the proper tools. We used a mitre saw, a skill saw, a jigsaw (for the outlet and light switches), and even a table saw (for the final pieces along the ceiling as they had to be cut lengthwise). Also, our wall turned out to be slightly bowed so we also had to use a drill and some screws to fasten some of the pieces flush against the wall. We used a countersink drill bit and filled over the screw heads with a coloured silicon caulking so you can't even see them. Finally, once the panels are all in place, you are not finished. Lots of seams were showing so we had to grout all the connections. There are so many different shades and colours in the brownstone that the added grout blended in well. It actually makes the wall look even more authentic. So, I would recommend this product but it will take some work to apply it correctly. I am attaching before and after photos.. Mike.
