The unit itself is a sturdy, beautiful piece. I have 3 starts because the item was damaged in transit. The box had a large gouge in it (it looked as if the tie down straps were fastened WAY too tight or something) and thus the part of the one plank was splintered along the side and a piece of the rail cracked off. I’m hoping that customer service will adjust price accordingly and I will update my review after they’ve contacted me. Have ordered from Wayfair before and have been pleased with the product so hopefully they will account for the damaged product in a price adjustment as the unit is still functional, albeit damaged..
