Only had the Igloo water dispenser plugged in for one day and it works fine, for how long , I don’t know…I hope for a few years…the water is very hot, hot enough for tea and hot chocolate…the cold water is like water from the refrigerator…I will be extremely happy if it continues to work this well…Thank you Wayfair….
