Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Hi Melody, I hope you've been well. Hoping for your thoughts on an issue with the master shower completed a couple years ago at 119 Falcon Drive in Morden. We noticed a small area on drywall next to the shower a week or so ago - the paint was bubbling/wet and I was easily able to remove some drywall material - the board underneath feels wet and not drying after a couple days - I imagine if it was just splash from routine showering then it would've dried by now, but it has not.  I'm wondering if there could be a potential leak behind the tiled shower and if the wet area extends beyond the tile border, and what you (or your trades') suggestions would be the next best step.
