Pros: Perfect for converting my home office into temporary guest room Love that it stashes away - next to a bookcase, or in the 2" space next to fridge Compact for tight spaces Cons: Shaft is torqued, and no amount of fiddling would straighten it out. When hanger is laid perpendicular to the wall, the base is skewed. If base is set correctly parallel to the wall, the hanging bar hits the wall at an angle. I tried loosening screws, twisting shaft, but no luck, as the metal components have no "give". (If it were straight, I'd give it five stars and order another one.)

Half the hardware is missing so I can’t even assemble. UPDATE: Wayfair sent replacement right away and the new one was perfect. So this goes from 3 stars to 4-1/2. Now I definitely recommend!
