Hi Melody, I hope you've been well. Hoping for your thoughts on an issue with the master shower completed a couple years ago at 119 Falcon Drive in Morden. We noticed a small area on drywall next to the shower a week or so ago - the paint was bubbling/wet and I was easily able to remove some drywall material - the board underneath feels wet and not drying after a couple days - I imagine if it was just splash from routine showering then it would've dried by now, but it has not.  I'm wondering if there could be a potential leak behind the tiled shower and if the wet area extends beyond the tile border, and what you (or your trades') suggestions would be the next best step. It is a surface-mounted Bobrick-style latch that is designed for use on swing-in partition doors, and it comes complete with a matching keeper and stainless steel fasteners. This latch mounts over a durable, black plastic base with its mounting holes spaced apart. This restroom stall slide latch also features a tension adjustment clip that is embedded within the black plastic mounting plate, concealed beneath the stainless steel surface of the lock. The tension clip can be adjusted to create or reduce resistance between the plastic insert and the metal housing. Setting the amount of force needed to slide the latch from left to right is as easy as bending the clip away from the plastic base to increase the tension, and bending it towards the plastic base to decrease tension.
