Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This sink is a perfect size for a medium size kitchen or office sink. It was delivered very fast. Has not been installed yet, but it does come with the kitchen sink drain assembly.
