This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. This is a well made grill considering it was made in China and I put it together. It did come with a few little dents from shipping which I was able to make unnoticeable. Since I built it I know its sturdy and is going to serve its purpose for quite sometime. The directions to put it together were better than most Chinese instructions that I've delt with.
