It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or colour of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mould, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. This is an elegant looking toilet and has a more modern design; we had it installed in our guest bathroom and I think it makes a beautiful addition to the bathroom. It is made of porcelain so it is sturdier than the ceramic ones. I am yet to figure out how not to make it flush if I accidentally have the lid opening from just walking by - this is just me not having read the manual though... the flush function is nice and I love all the features (I am yet to test the warming function and the bidet - will update the review after doing so). I also have a pro version of this toilet (it has a manual non electric flush option in case the power goes out and it has a built in tank) and that is very nice as well.
