I have been buying this coffee maker for years and love it. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to last very long, despite the regular care I give it, i.e., descaling when the light comes on and changing the water filters. And it gives NO warning when it decides to break. One morning I got up and NOTHING. I had power, it lit up and made the usual noises, but the water would not go into the brewer. More recently, I had one that would not hold water in the reservoir. I'd find water all over my countertop and on the floor the next morning. Was a little surprised the side access panels were held on with velcro, but it isn't like you can tell and that likely makes them much easier to get on and off than alternatives. I wasn't able to install because my water valve is too close to the back, but that is because my valve was put in wrong and not that there is something wrong with the toilet.
