This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. This has worked out great we had a electrician install this. I enjoy the three-speed fan for low medium and high it appropriately pulls up the steam and smells of cooking. I really enjoy the feature that you can pull the grates down to be able to clean all of the grease off. The only tricky part is getting in between the slats as there's no way to completely disassemble those that I've been able to figure out at least so you do need to soak them for a while and use a sponge in between each slat so it is a little time-consuming but typically have only done it like four times a year. The metal can be quite sure if I did cut myself so be cautious. The lights that are built into this I don't think would be bright enough to illuminate an area we had additional lights put in to our nook. The fan itself is not terribly loud you can definitely hear it but it's more quiet than our last one and I don't think it's reasonable to think a fan is going to make no noise. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Very disappointed! Purchased this item based on reviews posted unreliable. My main reason for purchase of this item was ease of installation and it offered a night light, however there was no parts list included so I have no idea what the wattage of the bulbs is or where to purchase for replacement. The bulbs do not screw in, they plug in. The top of the unit is not flat preceeding the front angle as shown in the diagram. The unit sticks out farther than the cabinet. Stainless formed with lots of up and down impressions which makes cleaning difficult. Need to cover with some type molding possibly. No Contact information or website for manufacture. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element.
