The bed is a five out of five. The issue is the manufacturer does not label many of the parts making the build extremely difficult and frustrating. Bought this bed for my very elderly Mom, she loves it which makes me happy. We especially love the option to lower the legs on the bed to 8” makes it so much easier for her to get in and out of bed.
