Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. This unit all good. Runs great, assembled good and I only did with one hand because I had a stroke almost 3 years ago. The only thing is that it walks a bit and I’m using food safe grease instead of standard motor grease but it hose things are expected, minor imperfections on the grand sceam of things… all good!.
