Perfect doors to replace bifolds for hallway laundry closet. Showed up damaged from factory - a piece of thread had been painted onto one of the doors oddly enough. Wayfair refunded us an amount we were happy with to keep the doors vs returning them and thankfully the thread wasnt front and center so isnt noticed. First shipment came with a hole in the panel (it was really well packed, so shipping must have been brutal), but Wayfair was quick to send a new one. I love the doors, quite easy to hang, the cons are that the cavities for the handles need to be routed out (they suggest chisel, but dont chisel this thing). I just drilled/cut right through and didn't worry about the behind. They slide really nice and look nice. Maybe a bit pricey for the build quality, but still quite happy.. Kris. Overall, I liked this sliding door hardware kit. I bought it for my house entry way shoe closet and also for my kid's bedroom wardrobe. It does need a professional help and those tools that we don't keep at home, so it is definitely not a DIY. Keep that in mind. The lower black plastic door pass holder is very important for the doors to not dangle and fall off on anyone, so make sure that is installed rightaway on the floor. My issue was that one of the kit's front door roller is getting stuck in the middle part whether I slide the door right or left. It get's stuck and moves ahead after that freeze and shake. That is disturbing and I checked the whole rail and attachments and couldn't find anything. To report it, I did the option but there was no option to ask for a repair or a replacement part for the roller attachment. Just to register a complaint/resolution request, I checked the compensation option and immediately emailed the customer care too. What they did was issued a small amount as compensation and said that since the amount is compensated, nothing else could be done, which was such a bummer. In my email, I clearly told them that I want the resolution to be the replacement part of the roller attachment, so I could see if that makes the sliding smoother.
