The ideal combination of price and quality. I initially bought one to see how it would work. After installing this, I tested for a month before tiling the wall. Everything works well. Happy with everything so far but there is one issue that needs to be resolved. The plastic receivers in the toilet for the wall hung portion has plastic threads. When tightening screw to fasten to wall, the pressure needed to hold toilet in place pushes on the plastic threads and you cannot get enough pressure to hold in place. This area needs to have metal sleeve inserts so it can be tighten properly. I need replacement parts so I can attach toilet to the wall as I cannot use the toilet now as it cannot be attached. The first toilet set we got had a fill valve in the wall tank that was missing a small stainless pin through the oraface. The water wouldn’t stop running. We replaced the flow valve from the new unit and the toilet flushes as it should. The new replacement is a residential 2x4 metal frame rather than the original commercial 2x6 metal frame. DO NOT PURCHASE! This product was terrible to install, took multiple instalments and leaks. It finally worked then after a year and a half the soft close seat lid started slamming shut, then one of the ceramic brackets broke. After contacting customer service multiple times they told me there is absolutely nothing they can do for me and that they don’t have the replacement part and could not provide me with a link to one. This toilet looks great, and functions very well. The concealed tank was easy to install, however the toilet itself needed a bit of a wall plate modifications and had to be installed by a professional plumber. The tank refill time is quick, and it’s not too loud being that it’s inside the wall. This review is being written 2.5 years after installation, and it’s in our master bathroom. So it gets used often. The only thing that failed so far is a slow close mechanism on the lid. The seat mechanism still works fine. I would advise to buy an extra seat set ( Very easy replacement btw), and put it away somewhere just in case, as those replacement seats will probably not be available in a short future.. Jacek.
