This is the nicest BBQ we've ever seen. Right from the unpacking of the crate to the instructions and all the included tools, this is absolutely exquisite! The quality is unparalleled - and we've had some pretty nice BBQ's in our life. They have put attention to every single detail. The BBQ has casters under it that make it a breeze to wheel off the shipping palette and into your house. Then you just jack up the nice metal feet that are actually integrated with the casters to level and stabilize it. So nice. It includes both the propane and natural gas orifices, piggy backed on each other, including the nut driver you'll need to remove the propane ones to convert to natural gas. You won't need to buy the Mont Alpi conversion kit - just buy a natural gas hose with a quick connect from your local large hardware store, they fit perfectly. The BBQ heats up super quickly and did the nicest job on steak that I've seen in a long time. All the screws etc for assembly (and you really only need to attach the hood and bolt the 3 cabinets to each other), are include in a nice little plastic divided box, not just thrown in a bag. The attention to details is absolutely staggering with this bbq. Guaranteed you'll be thrilled. It even comes with a bottle of mineral oil to protect the black stainless steel (which is actually more of a gun metal grey - exactly the same as all our kitchen appliances). The fit in our spot was so perfect it actually looks like a built in outdoor kitchen unit that would cost 3x as much. What we love as well is that you can get replacement burners etc for the future.
