Its a really nice fireplace but cant give 5 stars since we purchased specially because the listing said both the logs and flame changed colors which is what we wanted. They did neither. Called the manufacturers number listed in the manual and they were really nice but also confirmed it did not change colors and that the Wayfair ad was wrong. If it did change colors and had a remote it would be perfect! But it is still a really well made fireplace with very realistic flames and logs.. Katie. Wed Apr 02 2025

I really love these electric logs. It was the perfect solution for me because my fireplace is not functional and making it otherwise is way too expensive. These electric logs look realistic enough for me and put out a little heat. The remote works well. Unit operates with heat on or off. There is a thermostat that adjust heat.
