The product arrived without damage. The delivery organization was terrible; would have given 2 stars, but given that there was no damage, gave 3 stars. Was scheduled for Fri, was texted with a time range, from 730-1130h, no show by 1215h, called and was told the truck could not leave the depot, then was called by the diver who said there was a loading error- item could not fit on the truck and was bounced to the next available date. This is completely unacceptable. It didn’t show up until Tuesday morning. I sat around from 0700-1215h- no call to tell me of the problem earlier. Moreover, this item was more urgently needed as I had to file let documents before leaving back home- was moving Mother into assisted living. This scheduling error really caused a disruption in my plans and schedule. This item was ordered on Dec13, and two weeks later a delay. I would never have expected this from Wayfair. Called and asked for some reimbursement- was told no- you do not compensate for delays even though 100% at Wayfair’s fault due to poor planning.. Anonymous. . 2025-01-03 10:41:51
