The Armour SX5000 WB is a Department of Transportation-approved water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armour SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or colour of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mould, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction.
