Overall, not too bad. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The bed on top is only cushioned on the sides, not the bottom, and fits so tight that the stitching is already starting to come apart. My cat didnt like the smooth ledges, so I took apart the top cat tree and added adhesive cat scratching mat material to those parts (which covers exposed screw heads quite nicely). I reversed the opening to the litterbox to suit our layout better, which exposes the channel locks that would have been hidden otherwise, but Ill just get stickers to cover those.. Cathy.
