Great size for Toddlers! It says for ages 2-10, but I think it would be too small for kids 5+, but its perfect for my 17 month old! It took me approximately 10 hrs total to do it on my own (minus the slide that I still have to do - wish that came already together!). Yes some of the wood does split unfortunately but other than that it went together well with clear instructions. Also, I LOVE the little kitchen stove it comes with! I didn't realize the blender actually works and the pots make bubbling and sizzling sounds! I held off putting it in the playhouse because my little guy loves playing with it inside. We got it last month, it took me a coulpe of days after work and a weekend to put it together with help of my wife. Instructions and the app was helpful. A tip that helped us was to organize the pieces step by step in our backyard. Some pieces were cracked. And others cracked at the time of assembly. Several no needed screws, bolts and nuts, but to little extra of those needed. Wood no too good quality, but no bad. The slides look secured. About the type of anchors are a little strange, I haven't figure it out yet. The shipping time was good, but bad from the wayfair partner. At the end it looked as showed in the pictures.. Ca. Great little set, definitely download the bilt app as others have noted. It will take a full day with two people...learn from our mistakes: Take everything out and group them by letter labels on the boards, also organize numerically (do the same for the hardware). We used wood glue on tower to give it a little extra structural integrity. Lastly, it says to just drill screws into the plastic hinge strip for the door, but DEFINITELY drill pilot holes first into the board it's attached to or that whole board will crack/split.
