The good -Very large and spacious, perfect size for what we wanted -Very comfortable -Zippered cushions which makes it easy to wash (minus the ottoman) -Built sturdy with quality (minus the ottoman) The not so good -We ordered charcoal, its not at all close to charcoal, its very light grey. Which is NOT what we wanted. -The ottoman is a way different cushion then the rest and its not removable, it so much softer then the rest of the couch. You can immediately feel the difference -Theres 2 metal hooks the show at the front bottom of each corner peice (see my pix) which is an eye sore and unsafe with our little kids around, especially the pointy one All together, I wouldnt have bought this couch if I got to see it before buying it.
