Good quality for the price. Easy to put together. Was exactly what we expected. Was missing two of the anchor plugs - not sure if that's intentional. Tried to pull one out from the side against the wall and it broke. However, that's pretty minor! Looks great with the closet maid cubicles. Of note - we found the cube inserts that fit at the dollar store after ordering the more expensive ones online. Overall we are happy and I would recommend this piece for the quality and price.. Keri. I am very pleased with my purchase, particularly after I read a few negative reviews. The unit arrived in perfect condition, no damage or missing parts. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were easy and clear. The unit was very sturdy after I assembled the main structure and even more sturdy after I attached the back panel with the 24 small nails provided. Also, although thin, the back panel is as nice or better than any other panel that has come with other bookcases I've bought in the past. We topped off the unit with some matching Closet Maid storage bins and some super cute 3 Sprouts bins (planning on storing some toys for the grand children in the unit). While of moderately happy with the final product, for the price I would have expected a better quality build and better material. The particle board falls apart very easily. Parts of the product came damaged and this made the falling apart of the particle board worse. There are many areas on the final build that is exposed particle board due to this.. Samantha.
