While of moderately happy with the final product, for the price I would have expected a better quality build and better material. The particle board falls apart very easily. Parts of the product came damaged and this made the falling apart of the particle board worse. There are many areas on the final build that is exposed particle board due to this.. Samantha. I ordered the kit with drawers but the warehouse sent me the wrong item instead of my drawers.. so I have to wait for them. I’ve decided to move this unit into one of the spare rooms and order the smaller size for this closet! It was easy to build. I did it all myself with the exception of my fiancé helping me place the top unit on top of the bottom cause of the angle lol. But it was relatively easy this far. I purchased the starter kit and an extra shelfrod and installation kit. You will receive 3 boxes when buying this kit. (1-the middle sectionrods, 2-the shelves and 3-the installation brackets for the shelves) Since the shelves are shipped seperatly. I got 3 in one box and 1 in another. Both packages arrived with corner damages. They were not well protected. For me it was fine because I did needed to cut them to fit. Strongly suggest that Wayfair looks at how these gets packaged. The started kit was well packaged and safe. I did receive very good service from Wayfair when the extra installation part needed for the shelf I had ordered was white. The what is included in this kit, the brackets are listing as white regardless of the color you selected for the closet. Hopefully Wayfair has fix this glitch on their website. My order arrived via 4 different couriers over 6 days. It was confusing to know what I had or what might be missing as none of the packages were marked. I finally received a box that included an instruction booklet. It would have been nice to receive the total order together with boxes marked instead of having to open every box, laying out every piece and matching up each unit with corresponding hardware to find out what was what. Took just short of month to ship, so the time to ship was an issue. In terms of the actual product, it is what it is! It's particle board but that's what your paying for. If your not careful you can break the screw out of the particle board. Assembly was fast and it looks good. I've purchased several pieces of this modular. It was easy to assemble but could have been better quality. I received my furniture with some scratches and chipped corners, and the modular was very easily damaged. One of the packages came with screws and bolts out of its pack. It damaged several parts.. This is a perfect fit in my walk-in closet. The only downside on this is that the packages didnt arrived at the same time as they are from different states. -update so the metal bracket that was supposed to come with it was damaged during transportation and was never updated - no replacement piece was sent right after. I had to chat with wayfair and last week the agent told me that the delivery was just partial and they will call me 30 minutes before the delivery (most of the packages arrived almost the same time - one damaged box and 3 of the top shelves were damaged) never happened no delivery was made. I chat with them again today and the agent just told me that it would take another 2 weeks for the metal bracket to be delivered. I totally understand the time frame but giving me a. Anonymous.
