Just received this air conditioner. I haven't tested it because it's too cold to do so here, in Canada. However, it looks good, no dents nor scratches, all parts are included. It arrived 1 day late without any explanation, so I was wondering what was going on. This air conditioner comes with a 2 year warranty, which is very good. Do NOT buy the Extra Protection, it's a scam! I was charged for a 3-year Extra Protection Plan which I wanted, but received a receipt for a 2-year Extra Protection Plan which starts next year!! So, basically, that leaves me with 1 year of Extra Warranty for almost $70.00 which is what I was charged. Wayfair nor their partner Amyntagroup will "correct" their "mistake". Buyer beware..
