The table was delivered quickly and seems sturdy and a great size! The extensions were much easier to install than expected and the under mount for them when they’re off is fantastic! The only problem is that the top of the table had a small scratch on it when it arrived which has easily gone through the veneer top and is now damaged. Where do I begin with this table? The table itself was exactly what my wife and I were looking for in terms of style and material. Unfortunately for us, we had to go through 3 tables before we got one that was not damaged. The first table had damage on one of the corners and sides, along with scratches. The second one had several deep scratches, and a circular dent/scratches with a poor finish. Finally, the third one had the leaf damaged, it looked like on of the hinges broke and cause both of them do dig deeply into the wood of the leaf. With the third table, I ended up swapping the leaf with the first table we still had as it was not damaged and after 2 months of trying to get a table in good condition, I just wanted to be done with it and not deal with a fourth table delivery. Wayfair on their part did the best they could, and getting a replacement was no issue, other than the waiting period for delivery. We had the defective table donated and the delivery company took the second table. All the tables that were delivered were not damaged during the delivery itself, but appeared to be all defectives from the factory, which makes me question the manufacture's QA and packaging process. Now that we have our "perfect table", free from any obvious defects or damage, we love it. Has a great look and so far the table top has been pretty durable with no noticeable scratches. It extends very easily, and is very practical for a smaller space. I would recommend this table to anyone, and I would just hope they don't have the terrible luck I did with getting a damaged table again and again.. Patryk. Port Moody, BC. 2019-02-04 16:29:01
