This is a fantastic dog bed! Thick and doesn’t sag under the weight of my 100lb lab. She was hanging off her old bed, but has lots of room to stretch out on this XL one. Took about 3 days to fully decompress. We’re both very happy with it! UPDATE: 2 years of daily use and this bed is almost as good as the day we got it. The removable cover is great and the memory foam has held up well. I am replacing it with the same one bc she got skunked and the smell got in the foam. Still 100% recommend this for big dogs.. Jody. It has the soft outer shell you can remove to clean and also a removable inner shell you can remove that prevents liquid from getting to the padding.
