First unit leaked at the diverter after install (which delayed the renovations) but thank goodness I purchased from wayfair because they responded so promptly with a replacement part! I love the look of this model. For some reason our installers had trouble with it they said something about this model having 1 pin instead of 2. They did get it in after a couple tries.
