Made a duck in this - typically it takes about 5 hours in the traditional oven after a bunch of prep to ensure the skin is crispy, whereas this dutch oven took 2 hours with hardly any prep to fantastic results. Can fit the duck plus a large bed of vegetables, perfect for families. I've been wanting a dutch oven for a very long time and this one did not disappoint!. Vira. Winnipeg, MB. Sat Jun 26 2021
