These doors really do having the pivoting hardware! They are heavy, study, and solid, they came in good shape and we get many compliments on them. I will say the instructions are not detailed and you may have to try to figure things out on your own, but it’s doable. Love that we found doors that open like French doors.. Sarah. Washington. This door is fully finished and should not be painted or stained in any way to prevent damage to the product, it is made for interior use only. Please note that trimming will damage the finish, also any edge that was trimmed should be sealed, stained, or painted to prevent moisture from entering the wood. Please refer to our installation guide on how to trim or paint.

I just got this door installed and it looks amazing! I just moved into a new house and decided to enclose the dining room to use as an office/den, and this door added a very cool look and feel. It comes with the frame, doors, door knobs, and a lock to pin one door into the top frame as many double doors do.
