I bought this door because I wanted a heavy wooden door that would stand up to daily wear . Every other door I looked at locally was made of vinyl, impossible to paint or repair, out of square & was flimsy. This door is a little more costly but is made of solid wood, it is sturdy & was easily painted. On average this door was twice the cost but worth every cent. It will last the life of this house with reasonable care. It looks fantastic painted & installed & looking out from inside is like seeing out of a picture frame. The wood door itself is beautiful, but the instalation instructions were not included. The online description, provides a link to the Instructions. However, they are for a totally different brand, acrylic door . I called Wayfair customer service and they indicated the correct installation instructions will be forwarded to me.. Beverley.
