It has an all welded powder coated frame with arms and NO bolts or screws that hold the frame together for extra sturdy and durable seating. Full 360 degree swivel plate allows for multiple angles for your viewing and seating pleasure. Commercial grade foam seating allows for extra comfort. ONLY need to attach the seat to the base.
