We received a wrong piece in place of another piece so we had to wait. Wayfair was very good in correcting the issue and the piece came a week later. It was not easy to put together but we do really like it. It is a great way to give some focus to the front door and add a bit of shelter. the Gazebo is amazing. The quality is incredible. It does take 2 people and a 3rd person to raise the roof. I would suggest reading instructions thoroughly prior. It allows you to be organized for the process. A person with carpentry experience is helpful. 2-4 day job depending on how much time you spend. OVERALL a definite 5star. We live in Ontario Canada and the product survived literally across the country. The instructions were well laid out plus the video when you view the product is a great feature. The product is easily assembled (I put this whole Gazebo together myself) and every piece fit extremely well. TO THE MANUFACTURE OF THIS GAZEBO - I'm into woodworking and have been all my life. You need to be complemented on the design right to the final product!! WELL DONE! I'm very IMPRESSED!! Only thing I changed was the brackets holding the product down. We live in an extremely high level of wind, and I want to make sure it never moved or got picked up from the wind. This wasn't a negative, it was just me feeling safer. One thing you need to be aware of is the PEEL COAT on the metal roof panels. It takes as long to peel off the peel coat as it does to make the gazebo. Great product, easy delivery. Showed up all boxes in tact. Was heavy but easy enough to move. we assembled it mostly with 2 people in a matter of 6-8 hours.
