My only complaint is on the shipping. They used fed ex which I hate. The driver left my package outside on the side walk instead of delivering to my front door. thankfully it was so heavy no one stole it. Make sure you have 2 people to pick it up. The package weighs like 150-200 pounds. My package also came damaged but thankfully, they used enough Styrofoam that it didn’t damage the frame. I like the style of this bed. The cons were tha the boucle fabric is difficult to velcro on. You have to stretch forcibly and I didn’t manage to cover the frame everywhere or neatly. I decided it was on “good enough”. Maybe over time the material will stretch and I can try again.
