Excellent product, very solid, fully adjustable (up-down; side-to-side; tilt up-down). Holds the weight of our 65" Samsung without sinking. Tighten or loosen the arms/adjustments at the back to suit your application (small wrench). Because it is fully adjustable, the wall plate does not have to be centered on your TV - important for us because we installed on a concrete wall with an immovable wall outlet where the plate would normally go. We used 6 Tapcons to secure the wall plate (see picture) - very solid. Not a difficult installation: secure the wall plate, attach the rest of the mount to the wall plate, then lift and secure the TV to the mount - easier with 2 people, especially for the last step. Happy with everything so far but there is one issue that needs to be resolved. The plastic receivers in the toilet for the wall hung portion has plastic threads. When tightening screw to fasten to wall, the pressure needed to hold toilet in place pushes on the plastic threads and you cannot get enough pressure to hold in place. This area needs to have metal sleeve inserts so it can be tighten properly. I need replacement parts so I can attach toilet to the wall as I cannot use the toilet now as it cannot be attached. Had to fit in between wall and tv to screw into place which was a tight fit. Fit the tv perfectly and was not hard to put together. because it leans and the tv is so heavy it pulls away from the wall leaving it constantly tilted down away from the wall.. Anonymous. . 2022-04-11 08:22:34
