Only a couple of the metal panels needed to be bent back (assuming from shipping and handling). Since each piece was labeled correctly, it made putting it together simple. I also read reviews that said it took others three hours, so I was concerned how long it may take me! In the end, it only took an hour and a half to assemble. It was light and easy to move to the are I needed it and fastened it to the base. Nothing was missing - in fact, there were a lot of fasteners left over! Delivery was earlier than expected, and all packages arrived intact and without damage to any of the contents. In comparison to the shorter cabinet, which I purchased three years ago, the assembly of this larger one was surprisingly a lot easier. I managed to assemble by myself in just under four hours. To complete the shed, I purchased three shelves from another vendor. These are very well-made sheds, hence my second purchase. I have enjoyed complete water and bug proof of a smaller version of this shed, and I look forward to the same experience with this one.
