Murphy Chest beds are a great choice for any living room, home office, TV room, family room, or multipurpose room that needs to serve as a guestroom as well.

It’s exactly as advertised. Once it’s together it’s got a pretty good build quality. It ships in two boxes and has quite a few pieces to assemble. Every one of the predrilled holes for your hardware line up perfectly. Took me about 4 hours to put together. Could have probably done it a little quicker but I took my time and coffee breaks. The drawer on the bottom has plenty of space for pillows and bedding. Ordered a 6 inch foldable memory foam mattress and it worked out perfect. I have it in my office for guest that stay over or if my spouse gets sick and needs a separate bed to sleep in. So far it was definitely worth the money. It’s pretty very sturdy once put together. If you install the felt feet that come with it on the bottom it makes it easy to slide around. Definitely recommend!. Anonymous. Thu Mar 27 2025

1 female assembly. Was a little challenging and heavy. Use the power drill! Put the handles on when it suggests! Don’t wait till the end. (My arms aren’t long enough to put it on and hold it up, will need help) does not come with mattress or suggestions for mattress that fit. But over all good purchase, slides out smoothly.. Anonymous.
