We bought one smart toilet on the main floor, which gets a lot of complements from all guests. Now we are replacing toilet for the master bedroom, therefore we did a lot research and finally chose this one. It arrived fast and I asked the delivery guys to carry it to the bathroom on the 2nd floor cause it is super heavy. The same day it is installed (a bit pricy). Now it comes to the fun part. I love the new features that my old smart toilet doesn't have. It opens the lid when I approach and close automatically after a while if no one use it. Foot sensor is also convenient. Great product!. The item did not fit. I initially had difficulty returning the item, with the online agent telling me (after an hour) that it was impossible. I wrote to the PR department and was called back the next day with a solution. I wish the front line agent had been able to fix the problem but am grateful that Wayfair did offer a resolution..
