You get what you pay for. Although it's a good looking cabinet, the mfr leaves a lot of wood dust in the box, the doors are not clean. Part of the instructions on the placement of the hardware is wrong. The most surprisingly disappointing part of the purchase was the thinness of the stainless steel top and the shallowness of the sink. Not sure how long the stainless steel will last or how it will do with stains. Looks very flimsy. Going into the bsmt so i don't really care much. The sink is perfect! As our sink cabinet is undersized, we needed a slightly smaller sized sink. This sink is slightly narrower in width, but deeper in depth, making up for the smaller width. So far so good! I must say I broke all the rules and it still worked out fine. I installed it in a 33" cabinet whereas it calls for a minimum 36" cabinet. I installed it with a formica counter top not granite or quartz or anything recommended. It fit fine...it probably compromised the integrity of the cabinet a little bit doing that but hey...it looks good and seems solid. I'm a 59 year old female with no experience ever doing anything like this and I installed the sink and faucet myself. I don't have the drain plumbing hooked up yet so I can't speak for how the sink works in use but I love the look and feel of it. I've been wanting this for years and ta da...here it is.
