I really like this recliner - colour good size good etc - BUT the 1 side arm does not seem like the other - 1 is firm and rolled tight but the other side seems to be somewhat miss shaped??? not as firm ? I find Lazy Boy very expensive but this was available on Wayfair as "open box" at almost half the price. It arrived brand new with tags still attached and no defects. Even though the Wayfair page said "no returns" the delivery person said it was returnable. Very comfortable chair - chose the leather for easy clean-up. A beautiful colour - a little darker than the picture, which is nice. Fortunately we visited a store to see the actual colour before purchasing it here. Lumbar support is great! Remote control very convenient. A great chair for someone with back or knee issues. Don't really use the headrest function. The leather may stretch out and crease in the future but we knew that..
