These tiles are absolutely beautiful. I have had rave reviews from friends on how our fireplace looks now. I used white grout around these tiles. These quality tiles are a beautiful array of sage green, grey, white and some gold. I painted our walls light sage green and the upper part of our fireplace a darker sage green. This isn't the easiest tile to put in. When cutting some of the metal comes off sometimes, that needs to be 'glued' back on the porcelain. I just used mortar. There are a few high spots that are a tiny bit sharp. This is like wallpaper, was glad we ordered an extra box, we used all of it! That was all of the negative stuff. Now, it is stunning, lightened up the work space of the kitchen, looks so clean. Paired it with a pewter grout and it looks incredible. They never had any of the green samples available so I finally caved and just bought a whole box. They seemed decently packaged and yet there were still 4 broken tiles. Not too bad, considering I’ll still be able to use them for cut pieces. Like other reviewers said, they’re less green than they appear online. The colour variation shows up better on a larger scale. Love these natural stone tiles! What I really liked about these was that they are rounded, like natural stone. All other stone tiles I found at big box stores were all sliced flat. Mine were true to color to the photos on Wayfair, but in order to install these so that it doesn’t look like a bunch of squares, we had to remove all of the stones from the mesh backing, and lay them by hand. Our tiler said that this would actually be way easier anyways. I did see some other reviews that said once installed it looked like separate squares, so I think that this is the work around to make it look more natural. . Jennifer.
