Update: there was a glitch in my first attempt at chatting with an agent. I tried again, and Wayfair is sending a replacement part. Changing my rating from 3 to 4, and I'll update again after the part arrives. I'm pretty happy with the item, but one of the plastic support rails for the drawers arrived broken. The directions ask you to contact them instead of writing a review, but I wasn't able to put it together in the 30-day window, so Wayfair won't provide any assistance. I can't find contact information for the manufacturer, so I'm now stuck with a piece of furniture I like well enough except that one of the drawers will never sit right because one small piece of plastic broke off of it.. Nice dresser but a pain to put together. Wood is soft to be careful because it easily dents. The instructions are less than ideal but are fine if you’ve put furniture together before. Some steps are awkward but it all comes together. I was shorted 4 screw E and received 4 extra screw D. Fortunately I had screws that worked for E. A little better QC before it gets packaged please! I hate the cam locks on the drawers - painful to get them to work and the only give you just enough. It would be nice to have a few extra dice there are often issues when they are molded.
