Vague instructions with a lot of installation variables makes this a difficult installation. Once done a person has a lot of “tips” for the next time but……… Price was better than brick and mortar retail. Quality was good. Some minor scratches on glass were disappointing. The shower door itself is great (great price and looks great once installed) - it's the instructions/installation that are terrible. The parts in the baggies were mislabeled and the instructions were extremely difficult to follow (we even tried watching a YouTube video from the same company with a similar shower door model, but it was only 4 minutes and skipped all of the important steps that we needed help with). For a project that should have taken 2 people a max of 1-2 hours to install ended up taking 3 people and well over 4 hours. We are not professionals by any means, but we have never had this much trouble installing something ourselves.
